Dr. Gregory Golliday recognizes that the human body has the ability to heal itself of many conditions when proper care is coordinated by health care professionals. Your health if not properly maintained can and likely will result in pain, dysfunction and even disease. Many people do not realize that the body doesn't have to be in pain for there to be an imbalance in their health. To have an idea of this, just think about how long tooth decay is occurring before we have the signs and symptoms of cavities and gum disease. We obviously know we need to see a dental specialist to take care of our teeth, but even more importantly we need to see a chiropractic specialist to take care of our spinal and muscular health.
Dr. Golliday helps patients feel and function better by improving spinal and extremity joint motion and by coordinating the nervous system so the body can better self-regulate and begin healing itself. Besides routine adjustments he focuses on improving patients health through providing muscle therapy, teaching lifestyle changes, better nutrition, practical exercises, proper posture, work ergonomics, stress management and even a positive change in attitude.
