Nichole K. Tracy, B.S., Ed., RYT, CPT is now offering private SUP Yoga (Stand-Up Paddleboard) lessons, through the studio, after receiving 20-hours of training through Sarah Graham of Wild Craft Yoga & Healing Arts at Portland Paddle in Portland, Maine. Sessions run 1.5-2 hours, based on the student's experience level with both paddleboarding and yoga, although no experience is required. Nichole provides the inflatable SUP boards, paddles, anchors, PFD (personal floatation devices), waterproof storage bags, and waterproof cell phone holders. You just bring a water bottle, towel, water-friendly footwear, sunscreen, sunglasses (preferably with a floating strap), non-cotton, fast-drying yoga/water-friendly attire, appropriate for potential weather/temperature changes (layers are recommended), and your willingness to gently stretch, relax, focus, balance, breathe, restore, energize, and most importantly... have fun! If possible, please print, complete, and sign the REQUIRED SUP YOGA WAIVER FORM below before your session with Nichole. She will have copies on hand, if you cannot print it out first. Lessons are usually taught at Bonny Eagle Pond in Buxton, Maine, but location can vary, depending on student location and conditions.
