During the session, the Thai Yoga Bodywork practitioner guides and supports the recipient through a series of yoga postures while palming and thumbing along the body’s energy lines and pressure points. Thai Yoga Bodywork is sometimes jokingly called “Lazy Yoga” because you get to completely let go, relax and receive all the benefits of the yoga postures and meditation without having to do any of the work.
Thai Yoga Bodywork is performed on a cushioned mat on the floor; both client and practitioner are dressed in comfortable clothing that allows ease of movement and flexibility. No oils or creams are used*.
