You MUST thoroughly READ, COMPLETE, and digitally SIGN the ABOVE FORM before entering the physical studio location for ANY class/lesson/appointment NO MORE THAN 24 HOURS before arrival, and with EVERY visit to the studio. The LIVE classes below will be offered virtually via ZOOM for those who cannot attend. New students are welcome to participate in virtual classes, but only current and previous students of the studio are allowed to attend on-site, until further notice. Pre-registration with a confirmation is required to attend classes at the studio.

INTERMEDIATE YOGA

Thursdays from 9:30am - 11:00am (No class 8/6/20)


This Iyengar-based class explores slightly more challenging postures, helping students increase core and overall strength, flexibility, balance, stability, and stamina, while improving focus, and calming the mind. All levels are welcome, although some yoga experience is recommended. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT AND YOGA PROPS.



VINYASA FLOW YOGA

Mondays from 10:00am - 11:30am (No class 8/3/20)


This is a flowing yoga class at a faster pace. Students start off with gentle standing postures, then lead into a variation of the Sun Salutations sequence. This class helps energize the body and mind, while increasing flexibility, strength, endurance, balance, and focus. This class is open to all levels, although some yoga experience is recommended. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT AND YOGA PROPS.

BEGINNER YOGA

A gentle Iyengar-based yoga class perfect for seniors, those new to yoga, students with limitations, or those who may be less flexible. This class focuses on calming the mind, with basic yoga postures to increase flexibility, gently strengthen the core to improve posture, increase stability with supported balance poses, and help reduce stress. All levels and abilities are welcome. No yoga experience required. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT AND YOGA PROPS.



STRETCH & DE-STRESS YOGA

Wednesdays from 6:00pm - 7:30pm (No class 8/5/20)


​This is a gentle Iyengar-based yoga class combining restorative positions and basic stretching postures to help students de-stress, increase flexibility, reduce tension, quiet the mind, and help relieve stiffness. All levels and abilities are welcome. No yoga experience required. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT AND YOGA PROPS.
