Relax, renew, restore, and energize with Iyengar-based yoga, which emphasizes correct alignment, breathing techniques, using props, such as blankets, blocks, chairs, straps, wedges, and bolsters to get the most benefit from the postures based on your personal needs and abilities, while holding poses longer.
Classes are smaller, ranging anywhere from two to ten students maximum, for a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, with no judgments. All levels and abilities are welcome, and class descriptions and pricing can be found on the second page of the current schedule (click on the button above).
The yoga space on the first floor of the studio is bright, cozy, and inviting, with a warm orange color, and toasty radiant floor heat for frigid days, under soft, sustainable cork floors. Ceiling fans and air conditioning help cool the space during the summer months.

Nichole K. Tracy, B.S.Ed., RYT, CPT has been a 200-RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) since June of 2006, completing her training with Kim Valeri of yogaspirit® Studios, is a member of the Yoga Alliance, was Certified in Thai Yoga Bodywork by Jonas Westring, PT, E-RYT 500 at Kripalu, along with Krishna Peter Perry, E-RYT 500, LMT, CAC and Aiyana Athenian, E-RYT 500, RPYT, LMT, CAC of ShivaShakti School of Healing Arts in May of 2011, and earned her Personal Trainer Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in April of 2015. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of New England, graduating Summa Cum Laude in June of 2000. Nichole is the founder and sole owner of Sun Salutations Yoga & Wellness Center, which opened its doors in September of 2006.
